Hey, I am thinking about doing a project in the next few weeks working with Facebook and its quite a complicated and unique idea on Facebook. I need someone that is capable of working extremely well with the facebook API and payment methods such as Paypal. I'd expect the candidate to be experienced in php, mysql, javascript as a minimum. I'd also expect you to have a good grasp on the facebook privacy/tos policies. You should also have a portfolio of your work and a good reputation. Must be fluent english.
