    Is there a specific reason why you will hire only a Native English Speaker? You can get quality articles from a lot of people here who are non-native speakers but have English as their first language. The only valid reason would be to want the local PoV from a local resident, which no one else can provide you with. Other than that, i do not see a valid reason in such demands.

    What I do not understand is why people think that being a native speaker will make you an expert in the language automatically.

    Can you provide some details here? Pretty vague...

    When you say "join our team", to me that implies either employment or on-going contractual commitment... Can you be more specific on what you are looking for? Is this a small project? Large project? Long-term deal? Just need 5 articles? And what rates you pay?

    Yes, I am American and very experienced as an article writer, but without some details it's hard to say if I would be interested.

    I am new to the forum.
    New at internet writing. I have BSc (Hons) and MSc, and am an experienced teacher, who now has to stay at home. I taught science for 16 yrs plus students, up to and including degree level.
    If you send me a 'test piece(s) I am happy to let you make a judgement about my skills.
    My strength is in being able to research and cut out irrelevant information so that there are facts left. I am also able to then re-write and fluff up for a more creative read, if needed.
