[WTH] designer for small design jobs

    Want to hire a designer to make 2-3-4 sites like this one:
    http://www.theowalcott14.com/ - the site should be designed and coded.

    It's fan sites for football / soccer players, just simple wordpress theme with a nice logo/header. Want similar sites like this one, hope somebody have offers as low as 15-30$ per. site. thanks!

    That site is powered by Wordpress. My prices are very low but you'll struggle to find someone who will both design AND code a wordpress template for $30.

    I can design you one for $20, but coding will bump that up quite a bit. PM if you are interested.
