I am seeking a designer to design a clean, fresh template for my free forum software, CalicoBB. I do not have a large budget, but I hope to use the designer for future projects (which will have a larger budget). I do not have many requirements, but it must be coded and look good You do not need to worry about having to integrate the template, as I'll do that.
