I need a "featured article" application & design similiar to the one in the right sidebar at this site: http://www.collegegrad.com/ - but I need this to go on this site: http://topbusinessprograms.com and do not want to infringe on the original site's design or copyright, so mine must match my site's color scheme and be somewhat unique & different than the original site's. 2. Width must stay within the parameters of my current right sidebar. I will use this application in the place of the current "Business School Resources" section, but the application you design can have the height it needs because I can reduce number of states showing to make adequate space for this application & design. (Try not to be too high though) 3. Designer/coder will need to install any applicable script and design once completed (or tell me how to) and explain to me how to use it.
