WTH Designer/Coder for Car Website

    Hi,
    I am looking to hire a designer/coder to build me basically a website template. I say template because I will probably use the same layout on every page. The biggest coding issue with this is that I would like a static(or not) vertical multi level menu on the left which will go to three levels at most. You can suggest an alternative if it will serve equal purpose.
    So I will need:

    - Header
    - Vertical Menu on Left
    - Vertical Ad Space on Right
    - Footer
    - Nice Background

    These should all go together. More details via pm and please give me an indication of price.
