WTH - Designer / Coder for a Professional Business Website

    Hey all,

    I'm looking for a coder to create me a website that's just a general business website. It will have multiple informative pages. As well as the the following features:
    - A filtration process of pages that outputs content created by me. (Easy to do)
    - A newsletter subscriber base

    It obviously must be W3C validated, maybe the main page could have a RSS feed. It will need to be Metatag ready. Coded in CSS/HTML whatever gets the job done.

    I will give you any creative content (logo, colors etc.) but currently I'm looking for small proposals with your prices as well a portfolio.

    I'm looking for someone who's relatively experienced as well as easily reachable.

    I can do this for you price is $250 maybe more if you require more pages. I need to know how many pages for an accurate quote.

    May i propose that Wordpress, coupled with right plugins can deliver all your need as mentioned above.

    You can get it all free.

    However, i have XSitePro installed in my PC (and collecting dust) now. If u interested, i can build your site using this software.
