I am in need of someone who has experience previously in designing and coding sites. I already have a basic layout of what the pages should look like and such.

Below are two things I'd like to point out:
- Please do NOT ask me what my budget is. We can discuss the project, and then you can state your price.
- I would prefer making payment upon completion of the project. Too many scammers. Not willing to pay much up front for such a big project.
