Buying WTH Descent programer and designer for new template

    1. Both coder + designer
    2. Good CSS/GFX work

    I already have a coded theme but i want to revamp it . this is the script that i need template for http://www.phpvalley.com/jobscript.html

    Work :

    1. Redesign a few parts
    2. Some Coding if necessary
    3. GFX / CSS Work



    I will send all the details for the programmer i choose .
    Please PM how much you need to finish this project and how much time
