Buying [WTH] Customer Service Rep to Answer Email

    I need someone to answer support and sales emails, and perform simple tasks such as send forgotten passwords, cancel accounts, process refunds etc.

    Must be available on MSN through-out the day, and must be online everyday.

    Will pay $200/month.

    Everyday as in Monday-Friday or everyday as in EVERYDAY, even so Christmas, 4th of July and Veterans Day?

    What volume would you esitmate it to? Beside being "available", how much things to do would you estimate? One, two or three hours of work each day?
