[WTH] Custom Vbulletin Skin Work

    Alright, so I have a site for which I am going to buy a premade theme, what I need is custom work on the skin. Nothing major, just the banners and the side menu customization. Should not be that difficult of a job for someone who is familiar with basic Vbulletin programming (CSS and Xhtml).
