[WTH] Custom CSS Drop Down Menu

    I have to convert an image based horizontal navigational menu into a <ul> based one using CSS. The HTML file is already built. You need to use CSS to make it work. Send me samples of your own work plus rate. I need this completed today and shouldn't take more than two hours if you know what you are doing.
