[WTH] Content rewriter for property articles

I have 30 articles on property investment gathered from various sources. I need someone to rewrite and regroup the content into 10 good articles.

Paragraphs should be rewritten around 40%, so it's not too much. Some synonyms, changing word order etc

Word count should be between 500-800.

I will be paying you $30 for this via PayPal or ePassporte.

You must be a fluent English speaker, have at least 200 posts here on the forum, and 3+ iTrader. I need this service because I don't have the time to rewrite them myself so after you rewrite them I don't want to spend time reviewing or correcting.

 

How much is the time limit?
