WTH - Coder to make changes to template

I have a template from TempMonster and I want to make a few changes.

    1. Move style.css file to another directory
    2. Move menu to a separate PHP file.
    3. Change date at bottom to dynamic PHP (so it changes automagicalilly in 2010).
    4. Make sure that page still validates when you are done. It validates XHTML and there are a few CSS warnings.

Please let me know how much. Please have more than 5 iTrader.

I can probably do this for me, if you can specify more of exactly what you need with "moving menu to another PHP file".

Please let me know if you are interested and we can discuss pricing.

EDIT: Realized you only want people with 5+ iTrader. Sorry!
