WTH Coder for script installation in custom template

    Im looking to hire someone that can install THIS into a custom template for me.. The template is coded (2 pages)..


    Please give me your quotes and dont ask me for my budget.. (i dont know your skills so i cant say what your time is worth)



    Edit: uploaded template

    INDEX page where the visitors choose what they want to upload

    the SUBPAGE where the actual uploading options will be, instead of the first orange aria it will be the grey aria from http://ezuploads.info/index.php, the other two small images under that one will be replaced with google ads
