[WTH] Coach/Mentor to help me start a website business

    As the title said. I have major skills in web and graphic design, etc: But that's where it stops really. I want to build a website that will start generating revenue - how, I am not fussed about. I need someone to help me choose a niche, and then help setup adsense, advertising campaigns, PPC, SEO, high traffic etc:

    Design, domain, hosting is not a problem for me. I will pay for all expenses, and we can work something out with a 50/50 split revenue, or I can pay you straight up for this - give me your ideas.

    I know I dont have much rep or itrader, but it's not this end that needs to be worried about - as I'm the only one who can lose out in any of this.
