[WTH] Can you turn this website into a wordpress theme?

    Yeah. I have now sent two deposits to people who responded to this thread only to have BOTH of them shut down and not respond to inquiries, just keeping my deposit and not doing any work. If you want to know who they are just look at my profile and feedback I've left.

    Anyone out there who CAN actually do this work? It's pretty simple, and pretty soon I am going to get pissed off and just do it myself.
