[WTH] Article and content submitter

I am looking for someone to take my articles and submit them to article directories, blogs and other places where I can receive backlinks.

All articles submitted must allow at least one nofollow link with a choice of anchor text.

Articles must be submitted to a variety of good places (not just Ezine).

I propose a price per live article submitted. Please tell me your experience, what methods/sites you will use and your price.
