[WTH] Animation / Flash Expert (Difficult Project)

    Hi designers,

    I'm looking for an expert animation / flash designer who can create moving and flying animals. I'm designing a flash based site, and the logo for the company includes a bird. Basically, we need this bird to fly in from the side of the page, land on an object, and then morph from a 3D image to a 2D equivalent (which is already part of the logo).
