[WTH] An Experienced Ecommerce Graphic Designer to create multiple banners

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to create multiple banners for my ecommerce website. Any experience with ecommerce designs are a big plus.

Banner dimensions:

608 x 151 pixels with rounded corners

I have several banners made from a previous graphic designer but I have no way to get in touch with him since he moved out of country.

I'm willing to pay via PayPal and depending on your experience and portfolio/works, I can pay up to $20 per banner as I did with my previous graphic designer.
