[WTH]All Around Web Developer

    Hello,

    I want to hire Web Developer[Smart, All Around]. I can't pay too expensive, but I only can pay affordable Prices. I'm Project manager, and I may have a lot of project to do, some is simple and some is difficult. I can't guarantee that I can give you project everyday, but I can guarantee you that you can get project everymonths. I want you to be availabe at any IM to talk to me regarding to the project. If you are busy with a lot of project, please don't PM me. If you have a lot of free time, please PM me.

    1. What's your expertise?
    2. Do you have team?How many people?
    3. Portfolio and have you worked in any of freelancer sites?Or Can you convince me that you have already done a lot of project before?For example, Itrader in here.
