[WTH] AJAX, PHP, MYSQL - Must stick to deadline

Im looking for someone to create a website using AJAX, PHP, and MYSQL.

The site will be used as an online status board that. Typically around 20 people will be using it at one time. So what I need is the ability for anyone to connect to this site and update fields then it will update everyone elses.

The connection speed for this site is rediculasly low. Meaning it has to be done in AJAX because I dont want to reload the page. Also as many files that can be saved on their local hard drives need to be. So the site would look for the images on their local hard drive. The minimal use of bandwidth is KEY!

Basically the site will have around 100 text fields, I will provide the layout. When someone enters info or changes in the text box, then that info is sent to the server via AJAX and then saved in a MYSQL database.

In addition to this I also need the ability to change the text boxes colors. There will be 3 different colors that I need the ability to change to. If its possible to right click and change colors that would be ideal.

Lastly would just need an admin page (no login needed) that I can change the amount of time where the server sends updates to everyones webpage. This is to adjust depending on the amount of bandwidth I have at the time.
