    I have a site I need link exchanges for. I'll give you a link to a competitor of mine and I want you to contact and add my link to the places they have links on (using links: command in Google/Yahoo).

    I'll give you the e-mail to send over to them so you don't have to write it. You'll have access to my site so you can add their link for link exchanges.

    I ONLY want to pay for each link that actually goes up on one of those sites.

    Please PM price you want per link.
