I wan to hire a link builder for some projects but I will not pay on time basis, I will pay on link basis. A qualified link to get paid must comply with the conditions below: 1- Dofollow link 2- The page the hosts the link is cached by Google 3- The PR of the home page is 3 or more 4- No more that two links from the same domain/subdomain/site (site wide links are excluded) 5- No more than 4 links from sites sharing the same IP (site wide links are excluded) I prefer to pay on link basis, I can pay you for any dofollow link on a cached page by Google with the home page of the site PR3 or more (no more than two links from the same site) You are free to choose the link source you want, it could be blog comment, forum signature, blog or sites.
