WTH a highly expert Perl coder for long term

    I have a image hosting website. and its in perl , So regularly i need to make some modifications or add new features in it , so for that i need a perl coder for it.

    currently guy who maked my script does all modifications and features but hez now busy. Payment via paypal and epassport and money will be givin according to work

    For example , if i told you to add 3 features.

    so price depending on features difficutly.

    like Feature a )20$

    feature b)10$

    feature c) 30$

    features related to image hosting websites ? user accounts related or some thing in admin panels ? for example currently our banned users can also access site , we'll fix this and we want a good user listing group wise as we see in VBulletin admin panel , in our sites it sucks , all user comes in 1 line , we can't get whoz ban , or awaiting email confirmation or other....
