WTH a coder for small job

    Hi guys i need a small PHP edited, basically i need a text field to open on a mouse release which you can then put some text in , which saves under an image.

    I can explain in more detail and show you what i mean , i need it do quickly so please let me know how long it will take and how much it will cost
