[WTH] a coder and designer

    I want to hire a coder and designer to make me a site like this;
    premiershipnews.org with;
    x news section
    x place for adds on the front page
    x place for google ads on front page + integrate on the forum
    x a forum
    x two other undersites

    It would be great if it could be made in wordpress or joomla,
    due it will be several writers on the news part.

    just main site + forum. And the forum should be adsense integrated between each 5th post or something.
