WTH $20 to dress up a theme to look different

    I have a theme I downloaded for free. I like the layout but I need a new color scheme, border colors and shape, header image etc. I am just trying to change up a public theme to be unique.

    I need it done now.

    Please reply only if you are experienced, have good concepts, and are fast.

    The site is for lingerie and costumes so if you have any design word to show me as example lets do it.

    if you still need someone to do this for you in right way and cheap, please let me know.... i've been working with WP for more than 4 years.
