WTH: $10 to add a certain effect on my logo easy for the right person....

    I have this logo:

    And i want the text to be shiny shimmery like this cube:

    See how it has a shiny, wet, metallic surface?

    I want that for the text but I have no clue how to make it happen and have it still stand out at this size:

    $10 for whoever thinks they can do it and it ha to be SUPER sharp for the website. The font is Agency FB I would need the PSD when you are done along with a small version.
