WTF?! Touchy mods? Is this bumping?

    Has there been a memo about what defines a bump that I'm missing?

    I have a thread selling an item where I purposely stated a limit of two items for sale. I had two responders, and after a series of PMs I sold to one of them.

    So I posted in the thread that I responded to the PMs and sold one item, and one more available.

    Next thing I know, that post is deleted from the thread and I get an infraction for "bumping". Seriously!?

    well, i hate to tell you, but yeah, posting that you got a PM and 1 more was sold is considered a bump and will draw an infraction.

    starting this thread may also draw another infraction.

    There is a sticky in buy, sell, and trade describing some of the type of posts that are subject to bumping infractions. It is impossible to give an exhaustive list.
