Why the hell is registerfly trying to lose all their customers? My domain is expiring on the 13th of february. In 2 days. It is not lucidly.com (in my sig), it is another domain I'm not mentioning in hopes of nobody trying to pick it up when it does expire. Anyways, it is PR5 and it is worth at the very least $1200 (from the content, revenue, etc). I have been trying for the past 10 days to get this stupid thing renewed. I tried everything, manual renew. Wait a few days, put funds in my account and due auto renew within 30 days of expiration. Then I tried a different funding source. So far register fly has taken $33 and the domain still shows that it will expire in two days, and I keep getting emails that say: "Would you like to renew this domain?". I have been sending support emails since February 2nd. After I send an email they say: "Expect a response within 24 hours". Fuck that shit, maybe they mean 24 years! Can these jerks do this? Anyone else have these problems with registerfly and how did you deal with it. This is the only domain I have with registerfly (the rest with godaddy), and I think it is too late to do a transfer as it would have to be done in under 48 hours from now. Please help or registerfly is essentially going to steal $1200+ from me (in assets obviously).

Usually many domain companies keep your expired domain for around 15 days after expiry and you have to backorder them at higher price.. Keep contacting regfly or call them.
I don't care if I have to pay $500 for it (as long as it isn't to registerfly), I just want to make sure I get it back. I'm going to get on the phone with registerfly (on my home phone) and enom (on my cell phone). Then I'll put both phones on speaker phone (and set them next to each other), tell them the issue, and tell them I am not getting off the line until it is settled and my domain is renewed.
My friend too lost his PR6 with registerfly. Currently is with only hope that one day he will get it back via backorders. Registerfly truely SUCKS!
I am only going to have one day to try and make sure this domain doesn't expire. Registerfly should be shut down, not rewarded as an icann accredited piece of crap. You'd think icann would be smarter than that.
