WTF - No PAN? Be prepared to pay 20% tax from tomorrow

    Got your point thanks. but there are some non indian paypal user that are using paypal indian verified account, what they going to do because they cant get PAN as they are non indians.

    Useless thread and False Misleading Thread.
    The 20% on NON PAN payments is applicable to only payments where TDS has to be deducted and not normal Business or personal transactions.

    INDIANS DO YOUR JOB. PAY TAXES. THE GOVERNMENT HAS DONE THE RIGHT THING. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE LONG TIME AGO. NOW EVERY TRANSACTION WILL BE RECORDED. SO WHAT IS THE HARM IF GOVERNMENT IS TAKING STEPS TO PREVENT TAX EVASION??
    Many are complaining that government doesnt do enough for us. Well remember we have elected them. If you feel that none of the leaders are good then go stand for elections. It is we who are poisoning the system. Stay honest and no body will be able to harm you. If you bribe they will take bribe. But if we dont how they cant file a case against us for not bribing them.
