Just use the report button and the mods should fix it :)

I run a hosting company and deal with hundreds of clients.

I have had a flawless record so far and for someone to leave a feedback "for a friend" and ruin my reputation is pretty sick....

Just report it to the mods. It'll get fixed.

Look under options to the right of the rating.

Your rep is far from ruined. I'm sure anyone checking your iTrader would ignore that.
