WTF is wrong with Adsense?

I've placed adsense on one of my websites last week, and I had 70 clicks for $20. The past 2 days I only got like 6 clicks but they were worth a grand total of 14 cents. Could I possibly be smart priced? I don't see a reason for it since this is a blog with original content and is updated about 20 times a day.

Maybe its because of your country visitors, or maybe its because of your keywords, wich atracts only small paying ads.
Wait a little longer and see what happens , maybe its just a phase.

I doubt they're low paying keywords, I have such advertisers on my site as the Dell official site, McDonalds, Wal Mart and so on. 2 days ago I only had 5 clicks but they were worth $7. As far as location, 95% of my visitors are from United States, majority from New York, California, Florida, and Texas.

There can be plenty of reasons including user location, Ad location, smart priced, your account history or change in advertisers budget. So, it is hard to pin point a particular reason. Just keep working on your content and backlinks to bring more traffic and improving your chances of getting better CTR and CPC.

This is google either live with it or go somewhere else. Google does things like that one day you get 5 clicks and make 5.oo the next day yu get another 5 clicks and it worth 10 cents thats google for you.

This advice is never wrong. It is pointless to look at day-to-day AdSense stats - trust me I did it so long that now I know it makes more sense spending the time working that worrying. ;)

Similar thing happens me, too. One day 1.2 dollar one day 0.3. one day %6 one day %3. I dont know why. Maybe because of weather condition, sunny or rainy.:D never mind:)

Website update 20 times a day? LOL You have really something to add do you? Try to focus on monthly not daily since it could be that you are trying to manipulate the traffic.

actually I have noticed this lately too. My earnings per day went down about 70% even though the clicks are the same and sometimes more.

The same thing happened to me last week. I chalked it off as part of the recession. The Adwords bubble bust just like the housing bust. Prices are now worth what are paid. :)

Really, it does have to do with keywords change in your blog as the new posts are added. You will see that vary with your blog updates. I see that with my Wordpress sites.

It's a niche news site so it has to be updated that often. Anyway it seems like things are back to normal, I just got a few clicks worth 50 cents or so.

Maybe it's not Google that is the problem.

I really have to tell you guys that so many people waste time reading about how to make money online, reading emails, posting pointless comments and they never actually do anything to make money. Stop reading and start working!

Tom G is right, micro analyzing is like spinning wheels in the Sahara desert. Don't worry about things unless they are evident for a period of time that is worth review.
