WTF is Link Juice?

yeah what is link juice...some sort of new energy drink? J/K but how important is it to use robots to restrict the spriders or links. nofollow and or noindex? I am a bit confused about all of this!

Orange and mango mix, generally people drink it when they are building links, hence link juice.

Your PR will be hhigher is you receive more link juice

OK, when a web page links to another web page, Google takes note of that, and considers the landing page more reputable as a result. That's "link juice."

There are hundreds if not thousands of factors that modify the amount of "juice" a given link has.

 

And thats why people really should be careful where they buy links. Anyone interested in doing business with that company searches for the url, finds you making an idiot of yourself*, thinks you are an employee and they run a mile.


*by this I mean you should know this stuff if you are affiliated to that company, which it gives off the appearance of given you link to them.
