WTF is going on with xzorbix?

    Hi
    I am a customer of xzorbix.com , owned by DP member media. Now it you try to access www.xzorbix.com you will get the message:

    for five days I am unable to access by websites because of a mysterious transfer of xzorbix clients to a totally new host whose support is awful

    Does anyone have any clues/solutions? I suppose that there are other xzorbix customers here...

    I think thats a little harsh conclusion, just cause there livechat isn't working doesn't mean there not a god host :-/

    The problem is that the new webmaster does not recognise me a customer. He says that I am not in the old cline database system!

    Damn, I want my files back so much

    Do you know if he owned the server or if he was a reseller, if he was a reseller maybe the server owner has a back up.. If is very important that everyone keeps back ups of their sites for situations like this.

    You should check with sphexa.com and see if they have a backup of your account. Maybe xzorbix.com had a reseller account with them.

    Dude... if you really were a client on xzorbix, you should have gotten an email about the management change. Did you check your spam box? Because I got one when they switched. I can login to their WHMCS, but I can't login to cPanel... Idk, maybe it's because I didn't pay haha.
