    I just tried it and IT WORKED.

    I was getting a 403 error and that redirect page from the OP.

    I'm still not sure what happened.

    i get exactly the same error(403)! firstly i was redirected to that strange site u said and now nothing happens!just the error!! what can be wrong??

    Strange how it didn't work for me for a while when other people could access the site. Now it's changed somehow. I can access the site while other people can't.
