wtf gmail Lockdown..

I didn't do shite but my email account is lock...that's my primary email address....

Guess it is time to use my own domain for email

 

That stinks, E-mail them and see what they say!

 

I didn't even know that was possible. That's scary as hell. I'd be totally screwed if my GMail were locked.

Google really has to get over this "big brother" stuff. Seriously.

 

what is the reason ? some one try to hack your email ? yesterday my blogger disabled they said its automatic blog post ...lol , something wrong with Google ?

DID you contact gmail, what did they say? Maybe it was hacked, or you just forgot the password

Thats really weird. This is never happened with me nor do i ever want this to happen to me.

really, where have you seen this happen also?

The only cases I've heard of is when people registered really lots of gmail account from the same ip at the same day.

But I'm very curious and concerned to see how it goes and what caused it.. I think we all are, let see some more input on this

This is news to me, didn't know that google can actually lock you email accounts

Fortunately, I have several gmail accounts for different purposes so I am not totally screwed if I get locked out of one.

 

I guess you should read posts above if the password is wrong it wouldn't redirected him to next page.

Anyways That's strange! Though one of my accounts got locked by gmail more then a year back but there was a reason but Gmail locking down email account without any reason (we don't know maybe there is a reason) is not really a good idea by them. Keep us updated what they tell you about this lock down ahkip.
