No warning given and no nothing!!!
I just login 25 minutes before the fund spent from exchanger service but after I wanted to re-login to check balance, it's gone! They fucking delete my account.

I don't violate any TOS or whatever, there's no illegal with my funds and the money I load is even always below 100$, and very rare!

    I don't understand this shit!
Blocked account is more 'normal' but deleted account.....??????

    Beware of this motherfucker!

Maybe you can email them? Could be a glitch somewhere, I don't see how a payment provider will delete accounts in such a manner without warnings.

Best for the OP to email E-Gold and get a reply before we jump to conclusion, no matter what E-Gold has been in existence for quite a long time.

I have emailed them just now, but you can check another dude's thread here who has e-gold account deleted. That's the truth, it's just deleted without any warning.

That's the risk with e-gold. They can delete your account on a whim. You should email them and demand an explanation to what happened. They at least owe you that.

I would not make such a conclusion first without knowing Egold response and what trigger the deletion.

This is the first time I heard this. 65$ may not be that much but hell, you still worked for that money.

So, this is their kind reply to my email:

So what do you think?
I told you guys once again there's nothing wrong with the account and the money involved. I used e-gold only to pay somebody as he only accepts it. I rarely use e-gold, maybe only 2 - 3 times every month with transactions between 15$ - 75$. The funds in my account is from ecurrency exchanger, I bought it by sending cash. The details and my id is real, everything is real and I believe e-gold should not delete my account because they don't have a reason for it. But hell.... they deleted my account this time exactly after I receive funds from exchanger.

But the E-Gold inside your account, did you email them to have it back?
Not dealing with you is one thing, but the money belongs to you.

I mean after your account is closed you should be able to withdraw your money, no? If no, then the other party is simply "stealing" me.

You should be able, the money belongs to you unless they have some clauses to say they have a right to even confiscate your money.
