i paid this guy 125$ downpayment to get some coding done.. after 3 weeks of me trying to contact him i decided to dispute.. apparently right after i filed the dispute he escalates the claim saying that he have tried to reach me? he is a liar because i never recieved any of these communicaitons from him, i even tried to call him but he just ignores me calls, what do i do from here? because i cannot even comment on claim anymore.
Paypal does not dispute on these kinda things they will usually just go with the seller and close the dispute, unless they never contact paypal. This can be a lesson learned, save your conversations and take screen shots for evidence.
i have actualy won a case like this, but i did have it saved that he did not reply to any messages but putting the tracking on them in dp. Lesson learned that when ever dealing with bigger payments on dp, track them to see if they get viewed or not then take screen shots.
Did u paid from paypal balance or credit card,if u opened a dispute from your bank then u will definitely win.
