WTF Bluehost doing ???

Hello all, I've purchased a plan at bluehost yesterday, included a free domain.

But today they refund money to my papal. My hosting's deleted, and my domain's registered by another person. Could I claim that domain ?

You probably failed their fraud verification. You should contact them about this. Nothing anyone here can do to help with a situation that deals with you and a host.

 

do you have any receipt of domain...........................or order number..................

 

I bet the domain is currently registered on Bluehost, since they don't cancel domain registrations immediately, so you should contact them and try to solve the problem.

 

You need to resolve the issue with Blue Host.
