[WTF] Blocked Moneybookers account ...

    So .. few days ago I logged in, and all was ok ..
    But now .. I am trying to login but I receive only this msg :

    Why it can be so, and how to get my account back ? :mad:

    Did you accept payment by moneybookers for selling VCC ?

    I opened account with correct information, and added credit card too and funded my poker account also !
    All was ok for year .. but now .. this ..

    Best you can do is call them.
    It will most likely be something for verification or whatnot. I have never had this, but from stories I heard most people easily reopen the moneybookers account.

    I can't speak English fluent, so I can't call them :(
    I could reopen my acc, but I had 20$ on this, and I don't want to lose it !

    Call them,they have very bad e-mail customer service,i sent them a mail a month ago and i had only reply wich not helped me at all,i called them and problem was solved,did you made a exchange with paypal,egold lately? If yes this might be the reason.

    You should Call their Customer Support. I am sure you will get your account back or you will have the option to withdraw your moneybookers funds in your bank account.

    Call them but IMO you will need a bunch of documents and proof that your competed transactions are legit.

    In you last 5 - 10 transactions, did you something like exchanging ?

    I also never heard about this kind of message, I guess its something new

    Ya Calling would be right thing to do. If you have English problems, ask someone to do it for you. Im sure, you'll have someone around who can speak a little bit of Good English. Moneybookers don't usually close accounts like that you know. If they did so, it must be a Valid Reason.
