WTF… Is it possible to make a site profitable in days?

3.5 Million Dollars with Adsense guy has put out another video. I subscribed to this guy's YouTube account to see what else he would come out with and well, this is it.

He's doing a Live experiment to show he can make a site profitable in a matter of days...

What do you guys think? Will he make it? Or will he just look like a fool?

Is it even possible?

 

it is profitable. You just have to work harder.

 

It is possible, but just a ton of work. Helz, If i had the experience and time to do that, I'd try it. (then phail miserably)

 

If you have the experience, knowledge, system, tools, resources, etc... then it wouldn't be too hard to make a site profitable in a matter of days. There have been many cases of sites making thousands to millions of dollars the day they launch. Most of us couldn't do it but some people have everything in place to make it fairly easy to do.

Any site can be profitable in a matter of days. Now how many days..that is the question.

 

I watched the video and it will be interesting to see what happens. I just wish the test would be done in a niche other than the make money, get traffic, IM type niche.

 

He is doing this for making money and you're buying into it...helping him make more money. These 'guaranteed money' schemes are everywhere...don't fall for them or buy their ebook system as it's rarely worth it.

Yes it's possible to make money straight away but you have to know the systems and firmly understand all aspects of websites/marketing to make it work. So if you can make money in the first couple days of a launch it is likely because you have spent years building up knowledge and have built quite a few websites in the past.

Easiest way to make money right away is to find some sort of Arbitrage with buying/selling ad space. Profitable right out of the gate

 

i hear you all talkin... "it IS possible, it IS possible." who are all you people saying this is possible? are you just taking all this on faith or do you each PERSONALLY have experience to be able to say that what this dude says is actually possible? Or do you just believe any old thing. Cuz uh...I have Madonna's old beat up dresser here that I'll sell you for the low, low price of $100K.

 

Buy something, and sell it for a higher value. That's one reason why stock markets are profitable .

I haven't seen that youtube video yet, but I believe that an experiment is always good to learn, and might even be profitable in very little time if you have the right resources in the right amount.

One thing goes without saying that if this guys does make it and get enough curious people during this time, then his next venture would be more or less a cakewalk.

 

Nice way for him to build his E-mail list.

 

Actually I just watched it and it's pretty interesting. I mean...whatever he knows is a TON more than I know about this subject so I think it's actually worth checking out.

wow, well it seems most people think it's possible... Now, I've seen a bunch of people who do a launch, using all kinds of JV partners and their email lists and all that, but this guy says he's not gonna do any of that.

What do you guys think he'll use to generate the traffic and sales?

Obviously 1 youtube video isn't gonna cut it.

Admittedly, I'm curious, so he's done his job...

convice someone you're some mega guru and sell him ebook about how to sell empty words to idiots.

 

I don't instantly trust these people who say they made 30000000 million dollars selling e-books about toothpicks on YouTube. There are a lot of get rich quick fads out there, but most of the time it's made by the first person who gets into it and the second person gets the aftershock. Like pixel ads: One guy made millions on it and everyone started making pixel sites. Thats the way to go right? Well, no. You have to understand that every idea has it's own timing. Every boom has it's burst and the trick is getting into the bubble, grabbing what you can and then getting out before the bubble bursts. Cuz when it pops, everything you put into it goes with it. Don't spend all your money on worn out fads that looks like an old rug and smells just as bad.

 

That's the whole idea. Make it interesting and get a bunch of webmasters, SEM's, etc. to sign up on his mailing list. His target market is most likely novices. Even if his test flops, he still has all of your E-mail addresses to sell you stuff. But I have a funny feeling that this will be a success because it's all part of his marketing strategy. Reel you in with interest, then gain your trust as you go step by step with him on his brief journey to success. After that, he can probably sell the people on this list just about anything.

 

Don't trust anything that says you can get rich quick.
