WTD: PSD to Wordpress Template Programmer

    I need an experienced wordpress template programmer to convert a PSD into a wordpress theme.

    Must have experience of using custom fields in wordpress as well as customisation of comments.

    Full brief available on demand. Coded to W3C standards and deadline guarantee are requirements.
