WTD: PHP to RSS parser/aggregator - more details inside!

I need a php to rss parser with the following features:

- Must be able to parse rss feeds perfectly.
- Must have the the format of a headline which is a link to the full story, the full story must not link to the original feed page, it must be opened in a new page within the script.
- Next to the headline must be the source which is defined in a file where I want to add the RSS feeds to.
- Must auto update every few minutes.

You can modify an existing open source script if need be, if you do not understand my requirements then please ask questions below.

I'll try and make it more simple to understand.

User clicks link to headline from feed, link goes to story in a php page - not linking to the original website.

Headline must have source next to it, which I would need to input somewhere.

e.g.

Man Utd sign new player - ManUtd.com

Multiple feeds and auto update etc ok too? Will you be coding from scratch or modifying an existing script? (I don't mind this but would like to know which script if possible )
