Okay, basically what I'm looking for is a 'glorified' banner basically for my website that's going to be placed below my header. An example of the type of animation can be found here: http://highrollers.v-bux.com/ The flash banner directly below the header that has the steps 1-3 and the little present with some tweens and text and stuff. It's a really easy job I just need a designer with some good taste and can create exactly what I'm picturing in my head. I'm quite particular.
