WTB: Youtube Views and Comments

    I want to surprise my friend, who is a singer and make her video really popular on youtube. in order to do this I need to use both comments and views to my working advantage! The video I wish to promote has a strong message in regards to Obama and is musically creative. I need the comments to me 1.9% of the views or .019 so if you offer me 10,000 view expect that will require 190 comments too.

    I can do the views but not the comments.
    Views will come from official sources though. i.e NO BOTS!
