I have the Youtube clone and I know how to install it, but I am not to sure on how to install the extra modules.

 

Well the moduels have to be installed - script won't work without them

I don't have ffmpeg installed or any of the like, but I can add video manually through a complicated process

Note the green background on the top navigation isn't suppose to be there. I added it when I was working on a template.

I found my youtube clone script for free in a forum somewhere --damed if I can remember the address. The guy who was running the forum bought a reseller license and was giving out free copies. I went to www.getafreelancer.com and had it installed on my dedicated box for $30 bucks...

just so you know how much this sort of thing should cost.
