    I'm specifically looking to buy very small sites, perhaps when/where others are not interested. The site should have approximately $5 - 10/mo in AdSense revenue.

    I am generally offering between 3 and 20 times monthly earnings depending on the quality of the site, the length of time its been established, and its revenue history.

    I require at least 3 months at $5/mo in AdSense earnings (or similar revenue program). You must be able to prove operating history, traffic and income.

    Would u be interested in a site with like $60-70 per month in adsense, and around $40-50 in text link ads, one of the advertiser even decided to pay $20 per month for 1 year ($240). The price tag on it is $1500. If you think u will be interested, let's talk. I have a couple sites like that.
