(WTB) XTHML / CSS Design Integration in to Wordpress?

I have WP and Semiologic installed on my site and the thing is i need my current style / design integrated into a wordpress theme.

My site has a XHTML/CSS design that needs to be integrated into fully functional theme.

I need the theme to be within my own design + i will request some changes to the "post page" and index posts to suit my own design.
